Alistair Horscroft is an author, speaker, television presenter and founder of the business coaching consultancy The Mind Institute and the life coaching and therapy training company The Mind Academy.
Alistair has an honours degree in philosophy, is a coach and coach trainer, as well as a master trainer of clinical hypnotherapy and neuro-linguistic programming.
He originally shot into the public eye with his hit 15 episode Discovery Channel TV series ‘The Life Guru’ which ran for over 5 years in Europe.
With over 20 years of training and practice he is considered very good at behaviour change, as well as the practical applications of philosophy, coaching and modern psychology for success, peace of mind and emotional, mental and physical well-being.
Before coming to Australia, Alistair was in the UK leading the way in Coaching, Hypnosis and NLP and is internationally recognised through his TV shows, media appearances and newspaper and magazine features.
His shows and training formats are still emulated the world over today. In London he was known as the ‘therapist’s therapist’ and celebrity coach. He worked with celebrities, rock and pop stars, entrepreneurs and CEOs.
Alistair’s business consultancy provides solutions in the areas of customer and client retention and engagement through coaching principles and strategies, as well as the implementation of coaching cultures into the work place.
Alistair is also the creator of the Diploma Of Modern Wellness Psychology which is taught in Noosa, Australia. This soon-to-be Nationally accredited qualification is designed to provide a comprehensive training and qualification for people wanting to help others, love what they do and make a great income.
